Tales of hunger

"If your heart is full, you don't feel that hungry," said Swami Tejomayananda. My heart is not full, ergo I am hungry. In the end, no matter how life twists and turns, one never forgets the person who refused them food. Especially, one that is responsible both for the state of the heart, and the hunger.

"When your stomach is full, your heart automatically gets filled too" said Swami Honest Raj.So one should refrain from eating chips for lunch and indulge in something more substantial. For the stomach and hence for the heart too.Afterwhich, in the end, no matter how life twists or turns, only he himself is responsible for the state of his hunger, and his heart!
