Yachts

I go through my life like a sail yacht in the ocean - small, vulnerable and yet sailing on, at the mercy of the wind and the waves. The yacht has, at best, limited control over the winds that propel it. Every once in a while, a favourable wind blows two yachts together. Eventually, the winds will change, and when they do, the yachts will go their separate ways.

I will always be thankful for these favourable winds, no matter what the consequence; for though the yachts do sail away, life is never the same again.

tis strange that everytime i read it, i have a different perspective...this time, i as wondering why one would not steer (not sure if that's the right usage) the sail in order to bring the two yatch together again...all it takes is figuring the direction of the wind and setting sail...while also trying not to collide perhaps :)
